ABOUT CAMBRIDGE RECOVERY
Located in Flanders, N.J., Cambridge Recovery is a substance abuse recovery center. A transitional residence facility, it provides services to men over age 18 who are willing to seek employment or higher education. The center serves as a referral point for additional programming as well.
TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT
All clients should seek referral from primary care physicians. An in person or phone interview is required for admission, and patients must show commitment to recovery. Those that attend must be drug and alcohol free and submit to a urine test upon entry, one of 346 New Jersey facilities to require it.
One of 55 residential facilities in the state, Cambridge serves as a transitional home for men seeking treatment for substance abuse. The center performs referrals for who wish to continue care at a regular outpatient facility, intensive outpatient program (IOP), or partial hospitalization program (PHP).
Cambridge offers education and career services and requires patients participate in either. It is also one of 326 statewide facilities to offer 12-Step programming as well (87 percent).
STAFF CREDENTIALS
Staff is not mentioned, but the facility is certified by the New Jersey Alliance of Recovery Residences.
ACCOMMODATIONS & AMENITIES
According to its web site, Cambridge offers double beds, two to a room. The facility has Wi-Fi, common areas, an open kitchen, gym membership, and pool table and video games.
WHAT ALUMNI SAY
To date, one alum submitted a five star review to Best-rehabs.com. The alum gave high marks for everything from treatment to staff and amenities.

On Google, six alums rated the facility five stars. Those that left comments wrote that Cambridge had great staff and amazing amenities.[1]
