ABOUT HIGH FOCUS CENTERS
Located in Freehold, N.J., High Focus Centers offers intensive outpatient programs, partial hospitalization programs, and regular outpatient treatment to individuals struggling with addiction, mental health services, and co-occurring disorders.
TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT
According to High Focus Centers’ website, the substance abuse program offers evidence-based treatment and each client receives an individualized treatment plan.
Intensive outpatient programs are offered during the day and night, and clients participate for two to five days a week. Services include individual, group, and family therapy, relapse prevention, and psychiatric evaluations.
The partial care program is designed for individuals who need more structure than outpatient treatment. Clients in this program meet Monday through Friday, and participate in five groups daily that focus on stabilizing addiction and holistic offerings.
Following intensive treatment, many clients begin treatment in outpatient substance abuse groups for individual and group counseling. Family counseling is also available.
Programming includes psycho-education, weekly outpatient substance abuse groups, and medication-assisted treatment. Along with regular programming, the treatment center also offers holistic treatments such as mindfulness, experiential therapy, expressive art therapy, yoga for recovery, and pet therapy.

However, other reviewers wrote about how corrupt the center is and the unprofessional staff. “This place only takes your money and doesn’t care at all about the patients recovery. Do not waste your time,” another alum wrote.
