ABOUT TENNOVA CLEVELAND
Tennova Healthcare has eight locations in eastern Tennessee. The Cleveland, Tenn. location offers outpatient and inpatient treatment for adults struggling with substance abuse issues. Medical detoxification is not available on-site.
TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT
Before admission, clients are accessed by the primary program therapist. Outpatient and inpatient services for adults 18 and older is available along with partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs (IOP).
Evidence-based practices used at Tennova include dialectic behavioral therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. Clients will participate in 12-step programming, individual, group, and family therapy, educational activities, and relapse prevention. Aftercare is available for those who need it.
Tennova Cleveland employs licensed psychiatrists and psychologists, nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, marriage and family therapists and chaplains.

Although reviews on the outpatient program are unavailable, the hospital received 2.8 out of five stars on its Facebook page across 335 reviews, and 1.9 out of five stars on Google Reviews based on 133 reviews.
WHAT FRIENDS AND FAMILY SAY
One anonymous loved one polled by Best-rehabs.com, whose daughter-in-law attended the facility, gave a rating of three out of five stars when asked if they would recommend the facility, and three out of five stars for treatment effectiveness. They also provided a four-star rating for the quality of mental health treatment, but three stars for the staff’s qualifications.
Another loved one, T.G., gave the facility just one out of five stars for treatment effectiveness and wrote “To heck with this place as my wife is in worse pain of her life no one here cares here rude nurse want help in any way just rude no dr.”
