ABOUT BEIT T’SHUVAH

Originally founded in 1987 as a transitional home for Jewish inmates, Beit T’Shuvah operates today as a comprehensive behavioral health center. The state-licensed nonprofit works with adult men and women seeking treatment for substance misuse and process addictions such as gambling and sex.

Care options include residential treatment, extended residential treatment, day treatment, and aftercare. Beit T’Shuvah is also one of 562 treatment facilities (39.3 percent) in California to offer intensive outpatient (IOP) treatment.

TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT

Most Beit T’Shuvah clients begin with primary residential treatment, which lasts between 90 to 120 days, before transitioning to day patient or extended residential treatment. Upon completion of residential treatment, clients may choose to enter the organization’s transitional housing program. For those who prefer to reside at home, IOP may be the ideal route to recovery. Regardless of their treatment track, all clients are encouraged to attend regularly held alumni events and meetings.

While heavily faith-based, programming employs evidence-based and holistic practices. Clients can expect a curriculum guided by 12-step principles and highly scheduled days of individual, group, and spiritual counseling and educational workshops.

In addition to working with clients, Beit T’Shuvah offers a comprehensive family program.

Beit T’Shuvah Reviews

Beit T Shuvah gave me a second chance at life and I recommend them to anyone with a billon stars! I had a wonderful treatment team that was saving my life and teaching me all different kinds of tools for recovery, spiritually, emotionally, physically, relationally, and mentally. Can’t say enough about the Medical team. Some of the groups I really enjoyed were anger management group, Elenas Inner Child group , Marcus Trauma group, Harriets Relationship Group, and Saks Life Skills Group in EC. Most importantly it’s the front liners, the PFs whom were always there for me , I have so much gratitude for them. They were always there for a shoulder to cry on, or when I needed to vent or just random advice. I could always count on them. When I read a review for TX I want to know what people likes so much about the program, I hope if your reading my review I gave you a little insight about Why I loved BTS so much,. BTS is about community, spirituality, friendship and recovery. Come see for yourself!!
Beit T’Shuvah in a nut shell..... There are many people there that do care and genuinely want to help as many people as they can. Then there are people who just get buy.The worst ones of all are the people who say they care and treat you like they care but in reality THEY DONT They boast being a community but there not The only time they treat you as one is when you have something for them and what not. There is no true transpericy there the worst of all the Rabbi with his schpeals about being genuine when he has not been genuine most of his adult life. Then there are the puppets who drank the juice and do as there told not even caring about it and to top it off their under qualified for the position they hold so they mean well but their to full of fake people.
Money hungry with bad intentions
Most wonderful facility I have ever encountered. Amazing people who truly care!
It is a lifetime commitment. Once you stop working the program, you easily go back to your demons. Spiritual.
