Located in downtown Sacramento, California, our center provides various programs and support services. While we exclusively treat women at the Promise House, we also offer residential treatment for men, outpatient care, and sober living support at other Bridges’ locations. Although we do not provide on-site detox services, this service is available through our organization.

TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT

At the Promise House, we utilize the disease model of addiction and emphasize abstinence as the only effective approach to treatment. Our facility combines evidence-based methods with 12-step philosophies to provide comprehensive care.

Each client receives tailored treatment during their stay, which includes individual and group counseling sessions. Our programming also focuses on substance abuse education, life skills development, anger management, recovery support, and parenting education.

According to our website, participants are required to remain in treatment for a minimum of 30 days, but they can stay up to 120 days with authorization from the center. Clients who successfully complete treatment are connected with community resources and receive aftercare support.

Promise House employs credentialed drug and alcohol specialists who have personal experience in living through recovery.

Bridges Professional Treatment Services Inc. – Promise House Reviews

Bridges on a whole is one of the worst most selfish, selfcentered, money oriented place that I have ever encounted in my entire life. Yes rhet do take women anda children off the street, but the second their funding is gone so are they. Ive known people who have done the program very successfully, but when their funding ran out they were asked to move with no resources or anywhere to go. Just to fall back in the hands of the hands of their drug using pimping boyfriends. So Yay bridges you build people up just to throw them back to the wolfs.Your a great program Bridges. I hope that all the women and children that you've kicked out of your program and have relapsed and lost their children for good shows how much you really care about.
