ABOUT CHANGING ECHOES

Changing Echoes has been a provider of social detox and residential rehabilitation services for individuals struggling with chemical dependency for over 25 years. Situated on 20 acres in the Sierra Nevada foothills of Northern California, our facility offers holistic treatment based on a 12-step model, physical fitness, and peer support in both short-term and long-term residential programs.

TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT

The social model approach at Changing Echoes emphasizes the importance of client participation in individual and group processes. Our rehab center hosts onsite Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous meetings, offers nutritional counseling and recreational activities, and encourages the involvement of family members and friends in our clients’ recovery.

In addition to counseling sessions, education classes, and 12-step immersion, we provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and referrals to off-site medical detox as needed to minimize withdrawal discomfort.

Upon completing a full treatment plan at Changing Echoes, alumni and their family members are invited to attend weekly aftercare meetings, held at various locations in Northern and Central California. Our aftercare program also includes access to treatment staff who monitor the progress of alumni in recovery.

STAFF CREDENTIALS

Our treatment staff consists of certified addiction counselors, relapse specialists, and stress reduction counselors.

Changing Echoes Reviews

Very nice setting; counselors are great; nice pool, but always filled with a large group playing volleyball. I didn't have any opportunity to swim laps.
I was at the facility in 2005.The best thing that happened to me I still remind myself daily of my learning experience.I had two family members attended as well.I recommend echos without hesitation. We aren’t here for the meals or the luxury hotel vibe we go there for the help for the knowledge we need to move forward from our addiction.
Great facility.
It was good.
