Situated on 140 acres of farmland in western Sonoma County, California, Olympia House provides a comprehensive range of substance abuse treatment services. These include non-medical detoxification, traditional and intensive outpatient (IOP) care, residential treatment, and sober living homes for program alumni. Our center is committed to diversity and offers specialized care for the LGBT community, considering various cultural, socioeconomic, educational, familial, and religious backgrounds.
TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT
Olympia House adopts a holistic approach to treatment, utilizing different modalities such as the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous, abstinence-based recovery programs like SMART Recovery and LifeRing, and peer support. Our programs also involve the participation of loved ones through weekly and monthly family support and involvement opportunities.
Both residential and outpatient treatment participants engage in therapy through group sessions. During their stay, residents can expect to have as many as three weekly meetings with their assigned psychologist and drug and alcohol counselor. Typically, the IOP lasts for eight weeks, with group counseling sessions scheduled on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Participants in the IOP are subject to random drug testing.
Due to our unique farm-like setting, Olympia House provides various alternative therapies, such as equine therapy, gardening, farm animal care, yoga, and Tai Chi, for those seeking an outlet for meditation and reflection.

Our interdisciplinary treatment team at Olympia House includes a consulting physician/addiction specialist, psychologists, nurses, counselors, and two licensed marriage and family therapists (LMFTs).
ACCOMMODATIONS & AMENITIES
Olympia House is a 32-bed facility, offering residents the choice of private or semi-private rooms. All meals are prepared on-site by our in-house chef, with options available for vegetarian and vegan meals upon request. Additional amenities include a game room, an exercise room, and an outdoor patio.
