With multiple locations and 18 distinct programs throughout Westchester, Dutchess, and Rockland counties, Lexington Center for Recovery in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. provides outpatient services for adolescents and adults who are struggling with a chemical dependency and dual diagnosis.

They wrote: “Counseling programs were open and gratifying” but also noted that staff were a weakness.
This sentiment of staff being the weakness of this center was reiterated on secondary review site, CiteHealth, where, to date, three ratings average two out of five stars. One anonymous reviewer wrote: “this place is a joke! its all about MONEY to them..poor treatment, they dont know what they are doing,” and another added, “A staff member told us we could not be absent because Lexington doesn’t get paid when we are absent. That is their concern.”

On CiteHealth, the parent of a former client gave two out of five stars for overall treatment and criticized the director, saying she “Treated my daughter with such disrespect it was unreal. Decent treatment but she’s a whack job and messed my kid up pretty good.”
