The duration of the residential program can last for 30, 60, or 90 days, depending on the client’s needs.
Shalom Jewish Recovery Institute blends evidence-based treatment methods, experiential therapies and activities, and a 12-step model of recovery that incorporates Torah values and philosophy. The facility also offers a comprehensive family program for loved ones. During the residential program, clients receive one-on-one therapy and individual educational sessions with clinicians. These sessions address coping skills techniques, anger management, and relapse prevention based on the client’s unique needs. Individual workshops on the 12-step process and the integration of Judaism into the fellowship’s philosophies and practices are also provided. STAFF CREDENTIALS
Shalom Jewish Recovery Institute assigns each client an eight-person treatment team consisting of licensed social workers and substance abuse counselors. Consulting physicians may provide detoxification services. The facility maintains a staff-to-client ratio of 8:1.
