Campobello Chemical Dependency Treatment Services is a provider of residential and outpatient support for adult individuals struggling with addiction. Campobello Chemical Dependency Treatment Services is a private rehab located in Northern California. Situated on a converted ranch surrounded by vineyards and a dairy farm, our facility offers treatment for adults with substance use disorder or a dual diagnosis, provided that any psychiatric disorders are stabilized on medication. As one of the 200 residential facilities in California that offer medical detox services, we provide both residential and outpatient care.
TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT
At Campobello, we believe in treating all our clients with “unconditional positive regard.” Our treatment approach combines evidence-based education and counseling with 12-step practices and community support to empower clients and facilitate behavior change.
Upon admission, each client is assigned a “buddy” to provide support during the first few days of treatment. Our residential program begins with detoxification in a unit that is staffed 24 hours a day, offering appropriate medication to clients. Our comprehensive treatment program also includes individual counseling, group therapy, addiction education, recreational activities, daily chores, and recovery-based homework assignments. Once a week, local 12-step meetings are brought on-site, and on Saturdays, loved ones can participate in individual and family therapy sessions. Visits are also allowed on Sunday afternoons.
Clients who successfully complete the program are eligible to attend free weekly aftercare groups on-site for two years. For individuals who live further from our center, we have contracted with providers in various cities to meet the need for aftercare services.

Our staff at Campobello Chemical Dependency Treatment Services consists of licensed and certified addiction counselors. With a staff-to-client ratio of 1:4, our center is staffed 24 hours a day.

Our residential facility, with 25 beds, is located on a converted ranch in west Santa Rosa. Our campus features outdoor space, a meditation area, and recreational activities such as swimming, basketball, and volleyball. We have a full-time housekeeper to maintain the facility, and residents have access to free laundry facilities. Transportation to and from the campus can be arranged.
