TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT
An initial intake assessment is performed to make sure each client meets the requirements for opioid addiction. Those who require a more intensive treatment program are referred to other programs.
The outpatient program operates on the principle that opioid dependency is a treatable disease and utilizes the 12-step recovery model. Treatment is tailored to individual needs, integrating medically-monitored methadone or Suboxone therapy, along with counseling and crisis intervention services.
Premier Care’s treatment team consists of substance abuse counselors, registered nurses, and LPNs.
