Meridian Health Services is a behavioral health provider with numerous facilities in Indiana, such as in Winchester and New Castle. I’ve been going here for eight years now and love it,” the anonymous reviewer wrote, giving the facility five stars in all 15 of the evaluated treatment metrics, including its treatment effectiveness, family participation, holistic offerings, counseling options, and ability to treat co-occurring disorders.
Secondary review sites yielded mixed feedback at the time of this writing: a 2.6-star average rating based on 17 reviews on Google, and a single two-star rating on YellowPages.com.  The negative reviewers repeatedly cited rude staff and administrative problems. “Worst healthcare service ever. DO NOT book an appointment here because they will not even try to help you get treated. They are understaffed and don’t check the voicemail for weeks and weeks at a time,” K.C. wrote in a representative negative review on Google.
