STAFF CREDENTIALS
Multidisciplinary in nature, the hospital staff include an experienced team of social workers, nurses and nurse practitioners, counselors, and therapists. Clients may also receive spiritual guidance and support from a hospital chaplain.
ACCOMMODATIONS & AMENITIES
Aside from its “safe, secure 12-bed inpatient unit,” the hospital provides few additional details on its accommodations. The two Best-rehabs.com survey respondents, however, each shared four or five stars for the accommodations, meals, exercise and leisure opportunities, and level of cleanliness.
WHAT FRIENDS & FAMILY SAY
In their Best-rehabs.com survey responses, two anonymous loved ones described the staff as “very encouraging and supportive,” “friendly,” and “very professional.” For the most part, they also gave ratings of three, four, and five stars for metrics measuring the co-occurring treatment, the counseling options, the level of family inclusion, and the effectiveness of treatment itself.
More critically, one reviewer reported a need for improved follow-up procedures while the other told Best-rehabs.com: “Not enough rest.”
