Her parents made an appointment to talk with one of the counselors, very nice and accommodating, said she could just walk in. Several days later I tried to follow up with the lady they spoke with and she was very rude, acted like she didn’t have time for my questions, cutting me off before I could finish the question…” The loved one went on to describe how he could never get a hold of the facility to make arrangements.
