WHAT ALUMNI SAY
Review coverage is mixed. The single Best-rehabs.com survey respondent to date, an anonymous alum, gave the organization ratings of four or more stars for areas like treatment effectiveness, accommodations, holistic opportunities, program affordability, the staff’s level of training and experience, and the co-occurring treatment. “One of our meeting facilitator’ is a recovering addict herself, so she knows how we all felt with dealing with addiction,” they wrote.
Far less positive, four Google reviewers collectively awarded the organization’s Harrisburg location an average rating of 2.0 out of five stars. One reported issues of overcharging and being misled on an initial phone call, while another claimed that they’d “give zero stars” if they could, calling a staff member here “arrogant,” condescending, rude…”[1]
