Another anonymous loved one, whose daughter-in-law received treatment at the facility, gave it a three out of five star rating for both recommending the facility and treatment effectiveness. They also rated the quality of mental health treatment with four stars, but expressed concerns about the staff’s qualifications with a three-star rating.
Furthermore, T.G., another loved one, provided a low rating of one out of five stars for treatment effectiveness and expressed dissatisfaction by stating, “To heck with this place as my wife is in worse pain of her life no one here cares here rude nurse want help in any way just rude no dr.”
