Yet both gave lower ratings for the facility’s holistic offerings, and the alum surveyed on family inclusion gave it just one star and was unimpressed with the food.
On Facebook, where facilities can manage their own reviews, Genesis Ministries has an excellent average rating of 4.3 out of five stars from six reviewers. Kristina, one of two reviewers to have shared written commentary in addition to a star-rating, told of a staff who “truly pour their heart and soul into the work they do for the Lord by giving men and their families hope.”[1]

The single employee surveyed by Best-rehabs.com shared excellent feedback on this facility, awarding four or five stars in nearly every category evaluated, except for the facility’s exercise options and treatment for co-occurring disorders, which both received three stars. This reviewer also found treatment accessible, and commended the aftercare provisions and the education for clients and their families, but added: “Needs more patient activities on weekends and nights.”
