Really unprofessional company who are not suited to deal with the mental health System. Ironically, they just managed to piss me off even more by denying Tricare. But bc they were court ordered and highly suggested by my PO, I planned to see them. So I went hesistantly offering to pay out of my own pocket. But the last straw was when they cancelled an appointment for mistaking my Tricare for my Medicare. Will not be seeing them again.
