One of the two anonymous reviewers awarded the facility four or five out of five stars across almost all evaluated metrics, including treatment effectiveness, exercise and leisure activities, family participation, cleanliness, and treatment of co-occurring disorders. “The VA does a fine job helping veterans get back into society,” they wrote.
The other anonymous reviewer gave the facility four out of five stars for its cleanliness and treatment of co-occurring disorders, and two or three stars across most other evaluated metrics, including holistic offerings, counseling options, family participation, and administrative and discharge procedures.
On Google, the Marion Campus as a whole (which also includes primary medical care) received an average rating of 4.4 out of five stars based on 11 reviews.
