Our inpatient treatment programs typically involve a stay of three to 21 days. We employ various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) to address the unique needs of our clients. Treatment plans often incorporate crisis intervention, medication evaluation, psychiatric stabilization, recreational therapy, group therapy, individualized therapy, family therapy, mental health skills development, problem-solving approaches, and conflict resolution. Additionally, our programming includes medication management, psychiatric care, chronic pain management, and nursing care. Teen clients receive education through our on-site school.
Upon completion of treatment, Options Behavioral Health Hospital provides each client with a comprehensive discharge plan.
Our partial hospitalization program is specifically designed for individuals aged 18 and older. The primary treatment modality in this program is group therapy, complemented by individual therapy and interventions. The program runs from Monday through Friday.
The Generations Program is a short-term senior adult inpatient program catering to individuals aged 55 and older.
